Elsie Mann, 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 2, 2011, with her husband of 65 years by her side. Elsie was born in Broomfield, Colorado, on January 4, 1919. Throughout her long and happy life, Elsie served in the Women’s Army Corps during WWII.

She then moved to Salmon, Idaho, where she met and married the love of her life, Warren L. Mann. Elsie and Warren moved to Denver, Colorado, and graduated from the University of Denver.

They moved to Arizona in 1952 for work. Elsie went on to become a High School English Teacher, teaching in Marana, Arizona, for over 25 years
